Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of forensic accounting principles, litigation support methodologies, and fraud examination techniques, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or auditing, including at least 5 years in a forensic accounting or litigation support role. They must demonstrate the ability to develop new business within the Forensic Services area, lead all aspects of client relationship development and management, and oversee engagement teams. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to provide expert testimony in legal proceedings are also required.

Responsibilities

The Principal/Partner will supervise engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm, document and maintain all aspects of the work product, and demonstrate a proven ability to continually drive new business in forensic services and/or litigation support. They will initiate business development activities, develop an internal and external circle of influence, participate in networking and marketing events, and be involved in thought leadership opportunities. The role also includes generating a minimum of $750K to $1M in net new revenue annually, expanding services to existing firm clients, leading departmental training for associate level professionals, coaching and mentoring staff, assisting in recruiting, and fostering a learning environment of continuous improvement.
