This individual will be part of the Operations legal team and reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Operations, working with Global Trade Operations, global regional and business unit lawyers, and other relevant functions.
Strong candidates possess deep substantive expertise in global trade compliance core to the Medtronic Diabetes business, with experience advising on complex regulatory questions across geographies and in areas like customs valuation, tariff classification, and US procurement laws; experience in procurement contracts, environmental health and safety, or facilities management is a plus.
