Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) (Preferred)
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing (Preferred)
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive solutions
Uphold code quality standards and Salesforce best practices
