Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform highly complex tasks related to the installation, calibration, testing, and repair of instruments and technologies monitoring environmental conditions within a manufacturing facility
  • Inspect, test, and maintain the operation of instruments like oscilloscopes, calipers, pressure gauges, and temperature controllers to diagnose faults and ensure conformance with quality standards and controls
  • Install and maintain control and measurement instruments on plant equipment
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and build custom instrument and control devices where required
  • Apply scientific and engineering principles to solve problems and innovate for accurate and efficient operation of environmental monitoring systems
  • Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
  • Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization, committing to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in operations
  • Collaborate with external vendors to obtain budget quotes and gather site-specific budget information
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor activities
  • Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to evaluate vendor performance and project outcomes
