Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in business/enterprise planning, operations, or related field
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across functions and geographies
  • Experience with forecasting, process improvement, and performance management
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own and facilitate the Sport IBR process to drive performance and transparency
  • Lead monthly and seasonal forecasting, franchise management, and reconciliation to financial targets
  • Coordinate requirements and facilitate alignment across Brand/Sports clusters
  • Be the voice of the sports teams to inform performance ops roadmap and outputs to drive alignment across key moments and forums, supporting aligned content flow and readiness for each meeting of the rhythm of the game
  • Consolidate and elevate sport insights, key themes, and actions for decision-making at Monthly and Quarterly Executive Business review forums
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive consistency and operational excellence
  • Contribute thought leadership on the activation and maturity of the EBP model, adapting as the org evolves
