Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
  • 7+ years of professional finance experience – being close to an expert in Investment Management, Financial Modelling, Data Analysis and Go to Market Strategies
  • In-depth know-how in Financial Planning, Performance Measurement, Financial Governance as well as Sales Incentive and Pricing
  • Presentation skills, PowerBI, AI interest in building financial scenario models
  • Willingness to business travel 10-20% of time
  • Business acumen – understand the business model and are business savvy
  • Outstanding communicator who can communicate effectively according to the audience and influence others to different ways of thinking & gain commitment
  • Strategic powers - see the big picture and think on long-term perspective
  • Proactive and action oriented – show initiative and act with a sense of urgency as well as with diplomacy when required

Responsibilities

  • Providing Business Partnering support and advisory to the Structural Heart Northwestern Europe, Greece & Israel business director and sales managers
  • Managing the investment needs across the Western Europe region
  • Acting as the trusted advisor to the business and supporting them in defining and executing the business strategy
  • Maximizing the revenue & operating profit line opportunities
  • Delivering on Key Performance Indicators and targets
  • Driving efficiency in operations and adapting new business models where applicable
  • Interpreting, explaining and driving business performance
  • Supporting and influencing key operational and strategic decisions
  • Presenting industry, competitor and economic insights
  • Generating scenario analyses to advise on business planning opportunities & trade-offs
  • Managing business risks and opportunities
