Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on digital transformation and modernization. Deep expertise in various ERP systems such as Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow is required, along with experience in aligning applications to core business domains. Strong business acumen and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
The Principal Enterprise Architect will execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice, collaborating with IT teams, product teams, and senior executives to drive the design of the enterprise domain taxonomy. They will champion business and technology alignment of core capabilities, ensuring the buildout of an enterprise taxonomy framework that underpins domain roadmaps and technology transformation. This includes developing and managing a technical strategy, coordinating adoption, and architecting enterprise guidance that conveys standard processes and common technical standards.
