Solid “hands-on” technical abilities in design, development, and sustenance engineering for Disposables in Acute Therapies
Excitement and energy for product development with passion for impacting patient needs
Ability to manage all technical complexities of projects and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including reporting at key milestones
Skill in defining tasks, test plans, deliverables, and technical direction, including constructing detailed project schedules across cross-functional teams (product development, quality, regulatory, manufacturing)
Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Proficiency in developing solutions to complex problems using state-of-the-art techniques, sound analysis-based engineering, and principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials
Ability to clearly present moderately complex concepts and tailor communication to audiences, including senior management
Experience with engineering change management, root cause analysis, CAPAs, NCRs, design implementation, verification & validation, value improvement programs, and standards compliance

Responsibilities

Develop solutions and approaches to complex problems through application of advanced engineering principles (mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, materials)
Present technical concepts clearly to various audiences, including senior management
Organize and present technical information
Handle projects focused on performance improvement of existing products, including engineering changes, root cause analysis, CAPAs, NCRs, design implementation, verification & validation, value improvement, standards compliance, and new functions/features for existing/new products
