  • Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision
  • A tinkerer’s mindset—comfortable with prototyping, vibe coding, and experimentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • A drive to explore what’s next in design, AI, and creative technology
  • Preferred: Accessibility Design Skills, including experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
  • Preferred: Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards
  • Preferred: Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP

Responsibilities

  • Shape the next generation of creative and marketing experiences powered by generative AI across Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise
  • Define and elevate the design vision for products that transform how enterprises create, collaborate, and deliver content at scale
  • Combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to craft products that feel both innovative and unmistakably Adobe
  • Guide cohesive design narratives and user journeys across GenStudio’s campaign orchestration and Firefly’s enterprise-grade generative capabilities
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure every experience feels intuitive, powerful, and connected—turning complex AI workflows into delightful, human-centered tools
  • Prototype, explore, and iterate through concepts and motion studies, ensuring exceptional design integrity through launch
  • Mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape the craft and culture of the team
