Real estate license is required
Real estate expert with at least two years of experience in a licensed sales role or have activated and/or closed 400 listings

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, concierge-level support to top-producing agents, including creative tasks like writing holiday cards, drafting listing remarks and CMAs, and operational tasks like coordinating lawn care and staging
Meticulously manage all aspects of the real estate transaction and listing process, including drafting offers, facilitating contract execution, overseeing compliance, and orchestrating details between all parties
Deliver exceptional service experiences to clients, understanding their unique needs, personally connecting by phone, providing insights and guidance, and customizing service to create memorable experiences that foster repeat and referral business
Exercise extreme ownership by anticipating challenges, proactively identifying and addressing issues independently to ensure seamless experiences for agents and clients
Boost sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients to reengage them and seeking referrals from past clients
Collaborate closely with agents to identify and refine processes, understand their unique working styles, and adapt to create efficient, productive partnerships that increase agent productivity
