Select, fine-tune, and adapt LLMs to meet specific objectives
Enhancing evaluation frameworks to measure performance, efficiency, and success
Prioritising and managing improvements to core intelligence using methods like reinforcement learning and self-learning agents
Collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
Supporting and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of inclusion, learning, and innovation
