  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience or at least 1 year of payroll experience or at least 1 year of benefits experience
  • Regular, on-site attendance; at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Updating key transactions into the HR processing system
  • Answering and managing a high volume of work in Salesforce
  • Ensuring all documentation and system updates are accurate and meet regulatory requirements
  • Offering and implementing process improvements to drive efficiencies, compliance adherence, and the associate experience
  • Providing additional support in auditing, testing, and reporting to meet SLAs
  • Documentation of Leave in all HR systems
  • Working with external HR vendors
  • Fulfilling ad hoc HR requests
  • Communicating/partnering with associates on leave about policy and pay issues
  • Ensuring accurate data entry of Associate and vendor information
  • Triaging and routing Associate inquiries through ticketing system
  • Working with vendors to monitor administration of Leave and Accommodation benefits
  • Performing a variety of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc audits of leave management data to maintain compliance with established standards
  • Providing additional information and guidance to associates with questions concerning their leave management options
