Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and tracking of strategic and business plans to align with organizational objectives, support sales growth, and optimize executive and marketing operations

  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing management to design, develop, and refine marketing strategies and launch programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities
  • Provide expert consultation on marketing opportunities and support departmental improvements
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer segmentation, and journey mapping to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Champion digital transformation, lead change management efforts, identify and mitigate risks, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
