Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
  • Hands-on configuration/customization experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration with SD, MM, HR, and other modules
  • Experience in template design, business consulting, and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support contact for SAP S/4HANA RTR operations across Finance and Controlling modules
  • Lead issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and end-user training
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, BASIS, and development teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, change control, and regulatory standards
  • Evaluate and approve support-driven changes for production deployment
  • Support SAP project rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address alerts
