Candidates should possess 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML initiatives in a platform or enterprise setting. A proven track record of scaling AI product strategy and execution, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or data platforms, is required. Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies such as LLMs, supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, MLOps, and responsible AI practices is essential. Exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence at all levels are necessary. An analytical and technical mindset capable of translating technical concepts into customer value is important. Experience with globally distributed teams and an understanding of product scalability, security, and performance are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is necessary, with an advanced degree or MBA being a plus.
The Principal AI Product Manager will define and lead Acronis' AI product strategy across platform and product domains, collaborating with executive leadership, engineering, and research teams. This role involves identifying, prioritizing, and driving high-impact AI opportunities across the Acronis portfolio, including cyber protection, automation, security analytics, LLM-powered workflows, and threat detection. Responsibilities include collaborating with AI/ML researchers, architects, and data scientists to move prototypes to production-grade solutions, and establishing a clear AI product roadmap with measurable KPIs. The individual will act as the AI thought leader within the company, driving alignment, evangelizing capabilities, and guiding AI ethics, safety, and governance standards. Championing a data-driven product mindset, embedding AI natively into product experiences, and monitoring advances in AI/ML and related technologies to inform strategy are key duties.
