Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reside within the territory and ability to drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 11 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
OR Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 9 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
OR Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 7 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
Mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
Broad knowledge of project management (preferred)
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job to perform essential functions

Responsibilities

Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting AF Solutions sales and customer service objectives
Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
Act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower level professionals
Oversee projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills
Manage large projects or processes with considerable latitude in determining deliverables and limited oversight
Coach, review and delegate work to lower level specialists
Contribute to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy
Develop solutions to moderately complex problems and make moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems or products independently
Implement solutions to problems
Represent the organization as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicate with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels
Negotiate with others to reach understanding or agreement and influence decision-making
Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area
Manage major/moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products, at times acting as a team leader
