Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a valid medical license in Connecticut (CT), with preference for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification, and at least three years of post-residency work experience. They should be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including pediatrics and mental health, and demonstrate a commitment to patient outcomes.
As a Primary Care Physician, the individual will manage a dedicated panel of patients, providing fully remote text and video-based comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. They will educate patients on appropriate treatments, manage patient follow-ups, prescribe and refill medication, drive high-quality care, and elevate remote care through compassionate patient encounters while collaborating with clinical team members to build clinical guidelines and policies.
