Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field
3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced level in Excel) and software; familiarity with pricing software preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA highly desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships
Must be in the office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm) during training period (3-4 months); after training, in office 3 days a week (Mon, Thu, Fri) and remote 2 days (Tue, Wed); work shift 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies for products that align with business objectives and market conditions
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
Analyze sales data, financial metrics, and market research to identify pricing opportunities and risks
Develop pricing models to forecast the impact of pricing changes on sales volume, revenue, and profitability
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing analysis and recommendations for senior management
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals
Continuously monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics
Ensure pricing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Utilize and manage pricing software and tools to support pricing decisions
