Responsibilities
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends improvements
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Maintains safety of facility by following safety procedures and reporting unsafe situations
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Operates equipment to process Member purchases
- Generates new business and revenue by promoting department services, responding to inquiries, helping register for services, and soliciting feedback on online/digital shopping experience
- Fulfills Member digital orders by reviewing orders, picking/scanning items accurately, staging orders, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Fulfills customer orders by reviewing orders, locating/preparing/packaging merchandise, ensuring accuracy, making substitutions, consulting with Members, and following up on out-of-stock items
