Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have between 5 and 8 years of experience in software presales, solution consulting, or technical sales, with strong exposure to government RFPs in the UAE and KSA. They should also have experience in AI, low-code platforms like OutSystems, integration, data platforms, and managed services, along with excellent proposal writing, presentation, and client communication skills, and fluency in English, with Arabic being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Presales Manager will lead and support end-to-end presales activities, including RFP analysis, proposal creation, solution design, partner coordination, opportunity qualification, and strategic client engagement. Key responsibilities include managing proposals and RFPs, coordinating inputs across various teams, designing solution architecture and technical designs, participating in client meetings and presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a structured pipeline of presales opportunities, while also tracking deadlines and ensuring proposal quality standards are met.
