Requirements

3+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis experience preferred)
Certificate, diploma, or associate degree in Precision Machining, CNC Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques
Proficiency with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, or similar controls/equipment
Experience machining hard or exotic metals (a plus)
A passion for craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment including mills, lathes (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), EDM’s, and fully automated integrated cells
Produce precision components according to specifications and drawings
Participate in the selection of tools, speeds, and feeds for exotic materials
Verify part conformance using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMMs)
Perform first-article and in-process inspections, complete quality documentation
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Support continuous improvement and share your craft knowledge with others
