Requirements

  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis experience preferred)
  • Certificate, diploma, or associate degree in Precision Machining, CNC Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques
  • Proficiency with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, or similar controls/equipment
  • Experience machining hard or exotic metals (a plus)
  • A passion for craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment including mills, lathes (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), EDM’s, and fully automated integrated cells
  • Produce precision components according to specifications and drawings
  • Participate in the selection of tools, speeds, and feeds for exotic materials
  • Verify part conformance using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMMs)
  • Perform first-article and in-process inspections, complete quality documentation
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Support continuous improvement and share your craft knowledge with others
