Requirements

Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

Ensure continuous improvement of the production concept for better results (quality, efficiency, space, etc.)
Define and implement the production concept while respecting various engineering rules (Kits, sequences, WPO, Ergonomics, Quality, Efficiency, etc.)
Ensure compliance with EOS procedures
Follow MSD reports
Ensure compliance with quality requirements
Participate in various improvement projects
Continuously improve quality and efficiency performance
Ensure the smooth running of certification and customer audits
Ensure proper management of auxiliary personnel (overtime control, etc.)
Review the production flow chart (PFD) and monitor PFMEA updates related to various changes
Ensure quality compliance
