Requirements

  • 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management (particularly with significant administrative experience in a clinic setting) in lieu of educational requirements
  • 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes
  • Ability to travel domestically within the United States up to 50% across the year (varies by market; 10-50% of the time)
  • Comfortable working remotely from home anywhere within the US
  • Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, extensively use computers and keyboard, with occasional walking and lifting

Responsibilities

  • Implement products and execute ACO PY0 initiatives with direction from PY0 team in coordination with Market Leadership (80% of time)
  • Accountable for implementing and supporting practices' onboarding experience, including introduction to Aledade, coaching on technologies, and PY0 initiatives to ensure practices meet goals in PY0 Milestones and Practice Transformation Plans
  • Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers (in coordination with Aledade's Value Based Care Curriculum) on processes and technologies (10% of time)
  • Provide continual assessment of practice’s and staff’s training needs
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships and engagement with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to support and enhance financial and quality performance across performance metrics
  • Listen to practices' concerns and relay important information to Manager/Leads to understand opportunities for improvement (10% of time)
