Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, 5-10+ years of experience in test engineering (preferably electric powertrain or automotive manufacturing), proven experience with specifying, sourcing, and launching automated test equipment, experience with test automation, data acquisition systems, and industrial instrumentation, plus knowledge of SPC and DOE.
The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production.
