Requirements

At least 7 years of industry-relevant experience in Power Platform
Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
5+ years’ experience with Power Platform and Dataverse development
Experience operating as a Team Lead and Solution Architect
Proven experience as a client-facing senior consultant for Power Platform
Expertise in developing solutions with Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages
Experience of system integration using APIs and Azure integration services
Deep understanding of Dataverse, security models, and governance best practices
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform
Experience of system migration and data migration work
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
(Set yourself apart): Experience leading a large technical Power Platform team in Ireland for either one Enterprise client or cross-client
(Set yourself apart): Experience leveraging Copilot Studio and GenAI components with Power Platform to deliver on business requirements

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and managing team members and promoting best practices in development and solution architecture
Work closely with other functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of business requirements
Optimise performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions
Conduct code reviews, system testing, and troubleshoot complex issues
Prepare design documents and other technical documentation
Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
