Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to develop innovative custom business solutions for clients
  • Develop solutions using the Power Platform, including creating agentive and autonomous custom Copilots using Copilot Studio
  • Create custom solutions, entities, fields, relationships, forms, and web resources
  • Create views, reports, workflows, and business processes
  • Implement and configure Power Pages portals
  • Automate client business processes using Power Automate
  • Work with Power Platform model-driven and canvas applications
  • Engage in DevOps best practices and code management
  • Follow architectural guidelines and patterns as defined by clients and Solution Architect
  • Maintain current knowledge of Power Platform
  • Participate in an Agile software engineering team, including stand-ups, reporting task progress, estimating effort, and maintaining a backlog in Azure DevOps
  • Work independently and with Lantern team members on project work
  • Handle general consulting basics – time keeping, estimating work effort, status reporting to Delivery Managers
  • Understand business requirements, design solutions, and build those solutions
