  • Deep expertise in Power Management, SoC Power Architecture, Power Delivery Networks, Thermal Analysis, Power and Performance Trade-offs, and Throttling Algorithms
  • Knowledge of Silicon PVT corners, process node trade-offs, binning, voltage droop mitigation techniques, latency analysis, and responsiveness
  • Fluency in Power Estimation Methodologies (e.g., using PTPX inputs) and ability to define and execute power/performance trade-off modeling
  • Strong debugging and experimental design skills to root cause complex system issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workload analysis, Open Chiplet Architecture, and OCMI (Open Chiplet Management Interface)
  • Experience with D2D (Die-to-Die) links, package design trade-offs, or firmware development for power/performance optimization
