Requirements
- Be based in Brazil
- English Advanced (C1)
- 5 or more years of experience in program management, project management or a related role within the technology or financial services sector
- Detail oriented with strong analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams and deliver in agile environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with engineering and product lifecycle processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment
- Nice to have:
- Technical related expertise (development, infrastructure, familiarity with architectural design)
- Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Responsibilities
- Analyze new project, feature, and change requests from stakeholders across the business using the end to end intake process for Portfolio assessment and planning
- Assess incoming requests for business value, strategic alignment, urgency, and feasibility, facilitate prioritization discussions with portfolio leadership
- Assign resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing capacity, skillsets, and business priorities
- Serve as primary point of contact for request status, timelines, and resource availability, ensure transparent, timely updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to tracking and reporting by maintaining up to date records on the dashboards and systems used by Portfolio to track progress of assessment and planning of new requests
- Adhere to intake, prioritization, and allocation policies, as well as best practices and compliance standards
- Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and other functional teams to align on priorities and resolve resource conflicts
