Responsibilities

  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to gather insights from surgeons, sales teams, and other stakeholders to shape product development
  • Research new markets, opportunities, and customer segments to identify growth potential and support future innovation
  • Analyze business and sales trends to inform demand planning, commercialization, and portfolio growth strategies
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, product launches, and key strategic initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in product design and messaging
  • Track and report performance metrics and key business indicators to marketing and sales leadership
  • Assist in product lifecycle management (PLCM) by supporting portfolio updates, global alignment, and continuous improvement activities
  • Gather and organize product, service, and market information to support decision-making and communication
  • Contribute to sales and medical education initiatives, helping to create training tools and resources that enable commercial success
  • Support the creation of evidence or data needed to communicate product value and differentiation in the marketplace
