Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc
  • Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
  • Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
