Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in PMO or similar positions
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Students or graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Accounting, or Finance

  • Lead highly efficient work teams with a focus on service
  • Coordinate and monitor operational deliverables for the sector
  • Coach/mentor a work team and maintain permanent contact with diverse leaders and teams
  • Provide support in the integral management of projects
  • Financial management, planning, control, and communication
  • Project/program/portfolio estimations and planning
  • Methodologies (PMI/Agile/Scrum)
  • Risk and issue analysis and management
  • Generate reports, data, and control/management dashboards with KPIs
  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement of processes/tasks
  • Highly focused on the use of technology/tools/data for managing different processes
