Requirements

  • Experience of 3-7 years in Program Management especially from Automotive background (fastener experience ideal but not necessary)
  • Engineering background
  • Strong communication skills, will be asked to lead at least one weekly meeting with a cross functional team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong data organizational skills, excel or Smartsheet
  • Self-starter, requires little direction once they learn the processes

Responsibilities

  • Work on Customer portal management, Packaging documentation
  • Customer pre-production order tracking and support
  • Productivity / Cost Reduction – lead a project or projects (~50% of their time)
  • Support program managers as needed
