Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in SaaS/B2B environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating structured design decisions and experience with PLG-focused UX, including onboarding, trials, tooltips, and growth flows, is essential. Familiarity with WCAG/ARIA accessibility standards and multilingual design, along with experience creating scalable UI components within design systems, is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about user experience, and possesses a collaborative mindset with proven cross-functional abilities.

Responsibilities

The PLG Product Designer will design onboarding flows, dashboards, landing pages, and in-app guidance to reduce friction and increase engagement. They will partner with Product Managers, Analysts, Engineers, and Product Marketing Managers to create seamless PLG journeys, and build reusable UI components while ensuring design system consistency. Responsibilities also include creating persona-driven, contextual UX for effortless product adoption, contributing to growth experiments with UX tailored for activation and conversion, and applying WCAG/ARIA standards and multilingual support across designs.
