Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, React Query, and MUI is required, along with a strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-driven design. Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, analytics instrumentation, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is necessary. Familiarity with real-time applications and secure APIs is also expected. The ideal candidate will have the ability to scale and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment, a customer-first mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a strategic, action-oriented approach to experimentation.
The Senior Frontend Engineer will own the frontend strategy, architecture, and execution for Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, driving the development of customer-facing experiences such as onboarding flows, activation, and conversion journeys. This role involves architecting scalable and maintainable systems using ReactJS, Redux, and MUI, ensuring pixel-perfect design, high performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Responsibilities include leading the development of a high-performing frontend team through recruitment, mentorship, and establishing engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and review processes. Collaboration with Product, Design, Growth, and Backend teams is crucial for building PLG funnels and ensuring efficient integrations. The engineer will also champion PLG best practices, foster a culture of experimentation, and stay ahead of trends in SaaS UX and frontend engineering to contribute to the company's growth and scalability.
