Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 5-8 years of professional frontend development experience, including 2+ years in SaaS products. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, React Query, and Material UI (MUI) is required, along with deep experience in responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser optimization. Hands-on knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, RTL, and Cypress, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery is necessary. Familiarity with real-time communication is a plus. A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential.
The Frontend Engineer will lead the development of core PLG features such as onboarding flows, dashboards, and upgrade journeys, translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect React components with a focus on performance and accessibility. They will collaborate with Product, Growth, and Design teams to build and iterate on conversion funnels, partner with Backend developers on API integrations, and support experimentation frameworks and analytics instrumentation. Responsibilities also include writing clean, testable code with unit and integration tests, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility, and contributing to scalable codebases. Additionally, the engineer will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior frontend developers and continuously improve development workflows.
