Requirements

Candidates must possess C1-C2 level Japanese proficiency and B2 level or higher English proficiency. Excellent communication skills are essential for providing effective player support. Familiarity with Helpshift/Zendesk or other CRM tools, MS Office or Google Suite apps, and basic troubleshooting skills are required. The role also requires flexibility, accountability, proactivity, and availability for full-time work, including weekends. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of community platforms like Discord or Slack are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Player Engagement Agent will act as a liaison between clients and the gaming community, investigating and responding to player inquiries promptly and with quality. Responsibilities include providing feedback to developers, assisting internal teams, gathering and delivering player feedback, and performing translations when necessary. Agents will also maintain accurate reports, escalate issues, contribute to support process improvements, and participate in quality control processes. Mastering gameplay knowledge of the company's products is crucial for serving players effectively.
