Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent military or work experience. They must currently have or be able to obtain necessary security clearances as per customer requirements, and have at least 5+ years of experience with endpoint security applications. Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms is also required, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
The Resident Technologist Consultant will work closely with customer security and information technology teams to provide dedicated support for CrowdStrike platform implementation and ongoing operational support. They will utilize common software deployment technologies to install the CrowdStrike technology, leverage APIs, builds scripts, and develop customized processes for deployment and configuration, and guide customer leads with incident management functions. Additionally, the consultant will assist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing third-party tools, dashboards, and business processes, maintain awareness of upcoming CrowdStrike technologies and features releases, and act as the technical and/or senior-level interface for customer concerns or escalations.
