Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and have at least 6 years of domain experience without a degree, or 4+ years combined experience in an enterprise environment (preferably cloud), 3+ years of experience in operations and/or supporting incident response, and 2+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting. Prior experience in the healthcare industry with health-tech systems, such as Electronic Health Records, is preferred. Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash is required, along with experience with continuous integration tools, configuration management platforms, Terraform, and Kubernetes clusters.

Responsibilities

The Senior Security (DevSecOps) Engineer I will work cross-functionally to design, build, and operate solutions that improve and mature our security capabilities, leveraging data to understand trends and opportunities, and recommending security options to stakeholders. They will lead and enhance incident/issues response efforts, spearheading analysis, containment, and mitigation strategies, and contribute to crafting security documentation. Furthermore, they will actively employ cloud, data, and automation to secure our digital landscape, partnering with various teams to drive impactful outcomes.
