Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team
  • Maintain compliance to all cGMP procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Support issue resolution and approve recommendations related to product quality
  • Work cross-functionally to support key initiatives and meet the business plan
  • Contribute to the site/plant safety, quality, and compliance culture
  • Participate in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, and Performance Management
  • Recruit new talent and grow team capabilities
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and supporting HSE Corporate and Site Goals
  • Support the plant business plan and influence the plant agenda
  • Participate actively on the plant lead team, Site Quality Lead Team, and other governance instances
  • Communicate to and integrate support groups outside the plant
  • Benchmark and network with other Lilly sites and PR&D for shared learning
  • Create and manage the Site Quality Plan
  • Ensure Plant inspection readiness
