Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team
Maintain compliance to all cGMP procedures, policies, and guidelines
Support issue resolution and approve recommendations related to product quality
Work cross-functionally to support key initiatives and meet the business plan
Contribute to the site/plant safety, quality, and compliance culture
Participate in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, and Performance Management
Recruit new talent and grow team capabilities
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and supporting HSE Corporate and Site Goals
Support the plant business plan and influence the plant agenda
Participate actively on the plant lead team, Site Quality Lead Team, and other governance instances
Communicate to and integrate support groups outside the plant
Benchmark and network with other Lilly sites and PR&D for shared learning
Create and manage the Site Quality Plan
Ensure Plant inspection readiness
