Responsibilities

Prepare the Demand Plan for Sephora US/CA and Kohl’s
Create a detailed SKU level forecast to support Sephora US, Sephora CA and Kohl’s by analyzing all relative data points to create the sales forecast
Lead monthly Forecast channel review meetings with respective Channel lead counterparts
Support organization’s business intelligence needs to support new product launch demand planning and any ad hoc BI requests
Partner with supply and marketing teams to evaluate feasibility of out of cycle incremental demand
Review retailer specific purchase order requests
Support and aid the team in tracking monthly retail sales goals
Prepare companywide reporting to effectively communicate fiscal actuals and targets by category, SKU and Channel level
Using an AI demand planning tool
