Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Demand Plan for Sephora US/CA and Kohl’s
  • Create a detailed SKU level forecast to support Sephora US, Sephora CA and Kohl’s by analyzing all relative data points to create the sales forecast
  • Lead monthly Forecast channel review meetings with respective Channel lead counterparts
  • Support organization’s business intelligence needs to support new product launch demand planning and any ad hoc BI requests
  • Partner with supply and marketing teams to evaluate feasibility of out of cycle incremental demand
  • Review retailer specific purchase order requests
  • Support and aid the team in tracking monthly retail sales goals
  • Prepare companywide reporting to effectively communicate fiscal actuals and targets by category, SKU and Channel level
  • Using an AI demand planning tool
