Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level or higher
Ability to utilize spreadsheets effectively for data management
Capable of executing complex calculations and automating tasks to handle extensive datasets
Familiarity with creating and using macros

Responsibilities
Maintain consistent communication with Distributors to gather sales and inventory data, while ensuring the precision of the collected information through regular follow-ups
Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly and seasonal sales and inventory data to identify opportunities and risks by gender/division/department/style
Ensure Merchandisers and Distributors are promptly informed of all pertinent analyses, recommendations, and purchasing strategies
Create and execute reporting tools to evaluate the performance of key products and categories
Strategize quarterly and seasonal sales plans, and regularly evaluate inventory requirements, adjusting monthly or quarterly as needed
Review booking reports to pinpoint opportunities and establish customer and category-specific seasonal or annual forecasts
Create assortment plans and SKU guidelines by gender/division for new stores and collaborate with Merchandisers and Retail Development team accordingly
Track sales for all Skechers stores to assess comp and total performance
Work with Analysis team/IT Department to streamline data and automate reports
Analyze sales and inventory position, provide constructive analysis and direction to Merchandisers and Distributors by country/store type on the total/gender/division/category/SKU level
Use historical sales to ensure optimal quarterly and seasonal assortments and identify/react to in-season misses and opportunities
