A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or 2-3 years of progressive distribution planning experience is required, along with minimum 2 years in planning and scheduling. Strong analytical skills, strong software skills, and excellent communication skills are must-haves; Six Sigma and APICS certification are pluses.
