Responsibilities

Provide support on production and handle incoming incidents
Work with the technical team and end users of Oracle Applications
Monitor individual queues, update tickets as per SLA, work with stakeholders to advance tickets and provide effective resolution
Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot software programs and applications
Perform fixes for software errors in a timely and accurate fashion
Participate in software upgrades, revisions, and patches
Maintain and provide production support for existing systems as needed
Engage with various stakeholders to provide updates for tickets
Guide developers on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems
Review work of development teams
Build and maintain a document repository with global partners
