Physical Therapist (Contractor)

Candidates must be licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state, hold a Doctorate or Master’s degree in physical therapy, possess at least one year of experience as a physical therapist, and maintain current CPR certification. A licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order is also required.
The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to patients according to a physician’s plan of care, assessing and evaluating patient status, developing treatment plans, directing physical therapy programs, instructing patients and families/caregivers, evaluating home environments, and participating in case conferences. They will also initiate physical therapy programs and instruct other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of treatment.
