Capability to develop emergency response playbooks and coordinate cross-functional incident responses (cyber, Legal, HR, artist relations)
Skills in leading simulation exercises and engaging with authorities (police, DGSI, mayor services)
Proficiency in ensuring compliance with local/global safety regulations and embedding safety in contracts
Experience auditing/managing vendors and reception staff, and managing security budgets
Training expertise for staff, artists, leaders (threat detection, trauma handling, emergency response)
Ability to foster security culture (risk identification, escalation, vigilance) and build elite security teams for stable/volatile regions
Proficiency in monitoring threats (geopolitical, digital exposure, social media) and overseeing digital exposure hygiene

Responsibilities

Architect and implement comprehensive global security framework (site/assets security, VIP movement, travel security, residential safety, artist operations)
Develop and run Security Risk Management Program (threat intelligence integration, audits, pre-trip briefings)
Act as Physical Security and Risk Management Director for high-profile programs (events, artist tours, festivals, sensitive operations in high-risk regions)
Advise Executive Committee on strategic security decisions
Lead day-to-day security of physical assets and teams (offices, studios, events, temporary accommodations)
Propose and oversee infrastructure upgrades (access controls, CCTVs, alarm systems) and response protocols (lockdown, safe zones, evacuations)
Design and implement VIP protection protocols (secure logistics, codeword systems, silent alerts); responsible for executive protection
Develop and maintain emergency response playbooks
Coordinate cross-functional incident response (cyber, Legal, HR, artist relations)
Lead simulation exercises and manage engagement with local/national authorities (police, DGSI, mayor services)
Ensure compliance with local/global safety regulations and standards
Embed safety requirements into vendor, venue, studio contracts
Audit and manage relationships with vendors and reception staff
Define and manage global physical security budget (cost-effective deployment of resources, upgrades, contracts)
Train frontline staff, artists, local leaders (threat detection/management, trauma handling, emergency response)
Foster culture of early risk identification, discreet escalation, proactive vigilance
