Responsibilities

  • Act as Physical Security and Risk Management Director for high-profile programs (events, artist tours, festivals, sensitive operations in high-risk regions)

  • Lead day-to-day security of physical assets and teams (offices, studios, events, temporary accommodations)
  • Propose and oversee infrastructure upgrades (access controls, CCTVs, alarm systems) and response protocols (lockdown, safe zones, evacuations)
  • Design and implement VIP protection protocols (secure logistics, codeword systems, silent alerts); responsible for executive protection
  • Develop and maintain emergency response playbooks
