Requirements

2-3 years of experience in wireless communication/PHY layer development or integration
Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains
Deep understanding of Wireless communication systems
Working experience with RF lab test equipment
Solid experience with scripting language (such as MATLAB or Python)
Very good system-level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Team player and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment

Responsibilities

Leading PHY activities from feature development to integration
Focal point for all PHY and RF-related aspects
Defining and writing system-level requirements
Continuously optimize and fine-tune PHY layer algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency of base-station products
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PHY components with software, digital signal processing (DSP), and other subsystems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the PHY team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
