Responsibilities

  • Account Management and Strategy: Build empathetic customer relationships in defined accounts and implement sales and marketing strategies in the region.
  • Fachliche Beratung (Technical Consulting): Conduct value-oriented technical discussions with dermatologists.
  • Gebietsentwicklung und Strategie (Area Development and Strategy): Conduct strategic account analyses, develop and implement area action plans, contact planning, and explore new access routes.
  • Vertragmanagement (Contract Management): Facilitate healthcare policy connections and billing topics.
  • Events: Organize training sessions.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed training as a certified Pharmareferent or a scientific degree (ideally a university degree).
  • Experience: Several years of experience as a successful Pharmareferent.
