Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist as the first point of contact for patients and customers to deliver exceptional experiences
Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities (putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories), as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership
Support leading front store staff, ensure store operations run smoothly, and complete opening/closing procedures
Contribute to a high-performing team and safe, inclusive culture through effective communication and genuine care
