Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist patients and customers as the first point of contact to deliver an exceptional experience
Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service exceeding patient expectations
Operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of SOPs, best practices, and effective communication
Demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations and services, and solving or escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories)
Support leading front store staff, ensure store operations run smoothly, and complete opening and closing procedures as applicable
Contribute to a high-performing team
