Required scheduling availability: Sunday between 9am-7pm (every other weekend), Monday between 9am-7pm, Tuesday between 9am-7pm, Wednesday between 9am-7pm, Thursday between 9am-7pm, Friday between 9am-7pm, Saturday between 9am-7pm (every other weekend)
Completion of rigorous company training program
Satisfaction of all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines

Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Act as the first point of contact to assist patients and customers for an exceptional experience
Assist in ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service exceeding patient expectations
Operate as part of the pharmacy team by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and effective communication
Demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture in all interactions
Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: create heartfelt moments at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and services at register and over phone; solve or escalate patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories)
Contribute to a high-performing team, embracing a growth mindset, and being receptive to feedback
